Basic Computer Operations Tutoring --

We will come to your site to give you hands on guidance on basic Windows system operations and maintainance. This includes windows navigation and simple file handling and basic instruction in tasks needed to be performed on a regular basis to keep your system in tip-top running condition.Please have a list of things you want explained to you and/or problems addressed.

MINIMUM CHARGE: $35.00 includes the first hour of on-site help.

Each additional hour or fraction thereof: $25.00 / hour

Advanced Computer Operations Tutoring / Troubleshooting --

This includes system troubleshooting and both on-site and in-house fixes. We will do what we can to restore your system to full operation without data loss either at your location or ours depending on the severity of the problem.

Minimum charges: $50.00 includes the first hour of on-site or in-house help.

Each additional hour or fraction thereof: $35.00 / hour
